By accessing or using the LiquitX platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using LiquitX, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are not located in a jurisdiction where access to or use of our services is prohibited.
LiquitX provides a decentralized finance platform that enables users to access risk-rated yield vaults backed by real-world assets. Our services include but are not limited to vault deposits, yield generation, staking, and access to tokenized real-world asset markets.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. LiquitX will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Digital assets and DeFi protocols involve significant risks including but not limited to: market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, liquidity risks, and potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.
All content, features, and functionality on the LiquitX platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and smart contracts — are the exclusive property of LiquitX or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiquitX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiquitX and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
